Mitchell Crites, collector and early patron of master Gond painter Jangarh Singh Shyam, will give a short talk about the artist’s work and building a collection of tribal art. A recently published book on the Crites collection, by artist and academic Dr. Aurogeeta Das, will also be available for sale. This event will take place in the CMYK bookshop, located at the back of Hall 2.
