Junior Manager/ Manager, Partnerships

Type: Full Time, Contractual (Timeline: August 1, 2026 – February 20, 2027)

Location: New Delhi, India

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and relationship-oriented individual to join the Partnerships team at India Art Fair. This is a client-facing role that involves working closely with leading brands across luxury, design, finance, hospitality and culture to deliver thoughtful, long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on prospective partners and support business development efforts.
  • Support the development of partnership proposals, presentations, agreements and post-event reports.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned partners, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through to project delivery.
  • Track contracts, invoicing, deliverables and timelines to ensure successful partnership fulfilment.
  • Coordinate the delivery of partnership deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support partner activations, hospitality and VIP engagement during India Art Fair and year-round programming.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, PR, sponsorship, business development or client servicing.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in partnerships, account management, PR, sponsorship, business development or client servicing.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Associate, External Relations and Outreach

Type: Full Time, Contractual  (Timeline : 15 July – 15 February, 2027)

Location: New Delhi, India

If you’re energetic, super organized and have excellent communications skills, this is the ideal opportunity to learn just about everything involved in the running of a major art fair. India Art Fair is looking for an associate to work across a broad range of duties including updating and managing the CRM system, planning and running detailed VIP schedules and events, assisting with VIP communication, programming and relationships, and reporting directly to the External Relations Manager. A graduate degree, knowledge of arts and culture is essential — a minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience is preferred. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the External Relations Director and Managers on all tasks
  • Assist with managing the official VIP & Collectors’ Programme
  • Respond to incoming requests for VIP accreditation, requests for passes and all VIP and visitor related queries
  • Overseeing arrangements for regional and collateral events
  • Managing and closely maintaining multiple guest lists and RSVPs
  • Running virtual programmes including webinars and workshops
  • At fair time, ensuring a superior experience for visiting individuals and groups
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
  • Maintain, update and administer the company database

Skills:

  • Experienced in managing and updating CRM database systems  
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills; both verbal and written
  • Approachable, flexible and professional manner, ability to seamlessly work under pressure and effectively manage a team
  • Knowledge of / experienced in scheduling and running webinars and workshops on Zoom
  • Acute attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills 
  • Proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of project and event management software and ability to learn new softwares as needed
  • Prepared for evening and weekend work during and through the 2 months preceding the fair period

Project Manager, IAF EDI+IONS

Type: Full Time, Contractual  (Timeline : 15 July – 30 September)

Location: New Delhi, India & Ahmedabad

We’re looking for a dynamic, meticulously organised people-person with 3–5 years of experience in the visual arts to lead exhibitor delivery for IAF EDI+IONS Ahmedabad.

  • Act as IAF’s Project Manager for the exhibition, owning exhibitor delivery pre-event and onsite
  • Liaise with galleries and design studios on art content, booth design, VIP guests, comms inputs, and all operational matters
  • Coordinate with official booth fabricators, fine-art handling partners, and logistics vendors
  • Work with the Exhibitor Relations team on participation elements
  • Partner with External Relations and VIP teams to deliver onsite programming—talks, performances, walkthroughs, tours
  • Work with Partnerships on branding, banner placement, and onsite F&B partners
  • Lead a small team of assistants and interns for onsite execution, keeping communication flowing across teams
  • Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets, excellent written and verbal English, and fluency in at least one other Indian language.
