Project Manager, Young Collectors’ Programme (YCP)

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and coordination skills, a strong interest in arts and culture, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management, Deadlines, Administration & Budgets: Support and manage the Young Collectors’ Programme (YCP) across all activities, with end-to-end project management of events and programmes. Own and track timelines, deadlines, budgets, documentation, schedules and deliverables, and coordinate with the IAF team, relevant departments, vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless execution.
  • Partnerships & Stakeholder Coordination: Drive YCP partnerships and serve as the key point of contact for partners, artists, galleries, collectors, venues, vendors and other stakeholders. Manage requirements, deliverables and activations from planning through to on-ground execution, ensuring each programme and event runs smoothly.
  • VIP, Guest & Event Management: Own VIP and priority guest management across YCP, including guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and event-related coordination. Support the planning and on-ground execution of events, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for participants, collectors, VIPs and guests.
  • Communications & Digital Platforms: Own and send all YCP-related communications, including invitations, reminders, programme updates and event information. Manage the YCP Instagram account, including the content and posting calendar and coordination of required material, and ensure the YCP website is regularly updated with current programme, event and relevant content.
