India Art Fair is hiring for its 2020 edition! As a massive fair with a small team, we always depend on extra hands to make things run as smoothly as possible. We’re looking for qualified graduates with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our New Delhi office in various roles. Digital and Communications Assistant

We are looking to hire a highly dynamic and creative individual, with exceptional interpersonal and writing skills to support our Head of Digital and Communications on a variety of tasks. You should have a minimum of two years of experience in the field, especially in ideating and creating compelling content for India Art Fair’s press and digital channels. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop website copy, blog stories, emailers and social media posts 
  • Maintain the website and social media profiles, to support and expand the brand’s digital presence 
  • Manage PR and press relations, and assist in the preparation and drafting of various press interviews 
  • Manage the editorial calendar for the India Art Fair Magazine
  • Maintain the overall marketing budget

Requirements: Full-time, immediate start until 15th February 2019

VIP Relations Manager

If you’re energetic, super organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this is your moment to learn just about everything involved in the running of a major art fair. You will report directly to the External Relations Director in managing a broad range of VIP schedules and events. Knowledge of arts, culture, and Delhi is essential — relevant professional experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the External Relations Director on all tasks
  • Assist with managing the official VIP programme
  • Respond to incoming requests for VIP passes
  • Overseeing arrangements for regional and collateral events
  • At fair time, ensuring a superior experience for visiting individuals and groups

Requirements: Full time, from 15th October 2019 until 29 February 2020
