JUNIOR MANAGER, PARTNERSHIPS 

ROLE DURATION: Full-Time, In-Person

START DATE: November 1, 2025

END DATE: February 20, 2026

LOCATION: New Delhi, India

REMUNERATION: Based on experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

India Art Fair is looking for an organised and methodical individual to assist our Partnerships team engage with a wide range of partners covering a number of industries, including automobile, luxury, real estate, wealth management and more. 

As Junior Manager, Partnerships, you will work closely with our partners, who are integral stakeholders to the Fair. You will provide dedicated support and help them anticipate, navigate and execute partnership goals. You will also collaborate internally across India Art Fair teams to ensure a coordinated approach while identifying opportunities to deepen and strengthen partner relationships. If you are interested in business development, in thinking creatively and have excellent communication skills, this is the ideal opportunity for you to learn everything about partnerships at a large-scale art fair! 

Prior sales and partnerships experience is ideal and knowledge of the art market is optional, but a definite advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Partners to provide meaningful support in the lead up to and during fair days 
  • Develop, discuss, and execute agreements with partners in a fast-changing environment
  • Administration of end to end process liaising with team members and external vendors as appropriate, including coordination with the operations team to oversee complex installation of partner spaces during set up of the fair
  • Track and report on partnership processes including contract agreements, payments, and fulfillment of deliverables
  • Support the Director of Partnerships on all tasks, including outreach, communication and scheduling meetings

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing business relationships and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and methodical with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • High ownership, can do attitude
  • Excellent research and analytical skills 
  • Proficiency with MS Office, and ability to learn new software to prospect
  • Prepared for evening and weekend work during the 2 months preceding the fair period
