India Art Fair is hiring for its 2020 edition! As a massive fair with a small team, we always depend on extra hands to make things run as smoothly as possible. We’re looking for qualified graduates with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our New Delhi office in various roles. VIP Relations Executive

If you’re energetic, super organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this is your moment to learn just about everything involved in the running of a major art fair. You will report directly to the External Relations Director in managing a broad range of VIP schedules and events. Knowledge of arts, culture, and Delhi is essential — relevant professional experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the External Relations Director on all tasks
  • Assist with managing the official VIP programme
  • Respond to incoming requests for VIP passes
  • Overseeing arrangements for regional and collateral events
  • At fair time, ensuring a superior experience for visiting individuals and groups

Requirements: Full time, from 5th December 2019 until 5th February 2020

Art Walk Leader

Are you seeking a unique way to engage with South Asian culture? Do you love talking about Indian art, and weaving narratives around its rich history? India Art Fair is looking for people like you! Join us for the upcoming edition of the fair as an Art Walk Leader, curating exciting walks and tours around the fair grounds to give visitors a special insight into the extensive range of modern and contemporary art on display. A background in art or art history is a requirement; previous professional experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct curated walks around the India Art Fair grounds
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of arranging tours
  • Speak confidently and informatively about art and artists
  • Interact with both local and international visitors

Requirements: Full-time, from 29th January to 2nd February 2020
