In this role, you would have the opportunity to work with the VIP department as well as in close communication with all other teams at the fair. You will lead the overall management of the distribution of VIP passes, manage the transport and logistics for our most important guests and artists, and oversee the actual entry gates for VIPs. Additionally you will assist in training and managing our large team of visitor assistants.
A minimum of 4 years of work experience, and background in running logistics for large-scale events and public programmes is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all distribution and technical backend support for digital passes
- Communicate across teams
- Manage VIP logistics and transportation schedules
- Manage the operations for the fair’s official Collectors’ Programme for our VIP guests
- Manage VIP gates, entry protocols and processes

JUNIOR RECRUITMENT & OPERATIONS MANAGER
India Art Fair is on the lookout for a highly organised and efficient Junior Recruitment & Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with the execution of the fair’s recruitment process. You will execute the strategy for human resources across teams, as well as the orientation, training and management of all fair interns, volunteers, and visitor assistants. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with the operations for the fair’s public and VIP entry gates.
A minimum of 2 years of work experience, with prior background in human resources or relationship management is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment of all fair interns, running the recruitment process, assisting with the allocation of human resources to different departments within the fair team
- Execute the paperwork for all interns, including contracts and NDA’s
- Assist with the training and resource planning for interns, and managing interns on-site and at the gates
- Assist with operations for the Collectors’ Programme
- Manage on-site operations of public & VIP gates / parking stickers
- Lead any ancillary tasks as outlined by line manager

JUNIOR MANAGER, PARTNERSHIPS
We are looking for an organised and methodical individual to assist our Partnerships team engage with a wide range of partners covering a number of industries, including automobile, luxury, real estate, wealth management and more.
As the Junior Manager, Partnerships you will work closely with our partners, who are integral stakeholders to the Fair. You will provide dedicated support and help them anticipate, navigate and execute partnership goals. You will also collaborate internally across India Art Fair teams to ensure a coordinated approach while identifying opportunities to deepen and strengthen partner relationships. A minimum of 3 years work experience in business development or partnerships and prior experience at large scale art or culture festivals is preferred.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with Partners to provide meaningful support in the lead up to and during fair days
- Develop, discuss, and execute agreements with partners in a fast-changing environment
- Administration of end to end process liaising with team members and external vendors as appropriate, including coordination with the operations team to oversee complex installation of partner spaces during fair set up
- Track and report on partnership processes including contract agreements, payments, and fulfillment of deliverables
- Support the Director of Partnerships on all tasks, including outreach, communication and scheduling meetings

Exhibitor Relations Assistant
We are looking to hire dynamic and a energetic individual as Exhibitor Relations Assistant. You will work and interact with art galleries and institutions participating at the fair onsite. You should be a problem-solver, super organised and have excellent communication skills. This would be an ideal opportunity for you if you are a people person with some experience in a client servicing or event management related role. Additional background in visual arts will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the reporting head within the Exhibitor Relations department with all tasks.
- Keeping track of and troubleshooting queries from galleries/institutions related to their participation at India Art Fair 2024.
- Collating participation related exhibitor service forms as well as following-up on them.
- Onsite servicing and troubleshooting for participating galleries / institutions as part of the Exhibitor Relations team.
- Liaising amongst the exhibitors, the IAF production team and service vendors onsite.
- Ensuring smooth reporting & communication flow across departments and completion of other administrative tasks related to participating galleries and institutions.

- Ideating and implementing initiatives that enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation in the art community and beyond.
- Developing website copy, stories, emailers, and social media posts that align with the brand’s voice and tone, and support its key messages and objectives. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurate, timely, and engaging.
- Maintaining the website and social media profiles to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. This includes monitoring user engagement, responding to inquiries, and generating regular reports on key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Managing PR and press relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and liaising with journalists and influencers to secure media coverage. You will also be responsible for managing the fair’s presence at key industry events, such as press previews and media showcases.
- Assisting in the preparation and drafting of various press interviews, ensuring messaging is consistent, on-brand, and aligns with the fair’s key objectives.
- Maintaining the overall marketing budget, including managing vendor relationships, monitoring expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings or revenue generation. You will also be responsible for generating regular reports on budget performance, and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
