Junior Designer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail oriented Junior Designer to support our design team in crafting engaging visual content across social media, website, and marketing campaigns. At Art Fervour, we celebrate contemporary and modern art and culture. Your designs will help us make it more accessible and exciting for a wider audience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating social media creatives, story templates, motion graphics, and reels
- Design promotional materials for events, residencies, and collaborations
- Support branding efforts across our platforms
- Collaborate with content and social teams to translate concepts into visuals
- Maintain consistency in visual identity and brand voice
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus)
- A strong aesthetic sense, preferably with an understanding of art and visual culture
- Attention to detail and willingness to iterate designs based on feedback
- A portfolio showcasing your range (bonus if it includes art/culture-related work)
Social Media Manager
Location: Remote | Type: Full-time
About the Role:
Art Fervour is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the charge in growing our digital presence. You’ll oversee our Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, connecting with our growing community of artists, collectors, and art lovers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content calendars and campaigns
- Coordinate with content and design team for timely and impactful posts
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and memes relevant to the art ecosystem
- Engage with our audience through DMs, comments, and community-building activities
- Analyse insights and performance metrics to fine tune strategies
- Manage client Instagram accounts, as required
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of social media experience (experience in the art/culture space is a plus)
- Familiarity with Instagram LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Must have understanding of aesthetic visual branding
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools
- Passionate about the arts and visual culture
Business Development Head
Location: Remote | Type: Full-time
About the Role:
As our Business Development Head, you’ll be responsible for growing Art Fervour’s network, partnerships, and revenue opportunities. From art fairs and museums to brands and cultural institutions, you’ll craft collaborations that support our vision and expand our reach.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Pitch Art Fervour’s services to potential collaborators, clients, and sponsors
- Negotiate contracts and partnership terms
- Develop and execute monetisation strategies (B2B and B2C)
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the art ecosystem
- Track and report on growth metrics
Requirements:
- 3–6 years in business development, preferably in the art, culture, or media industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and manage partnerships
- Comfortable working with creatives and understanding cultural context
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the arts
Content Ideator
Location: Remote | Type: Full-time / Freelance
About the Role:
We’re looking for a culturally curious and trend-savvy Content Ideator to bring fresh, engaging, and bold content concepts to the table. You’ll help Art Fervour stay ahead of the curve by crafting ideas for posts, reels, articles, events, and collaborations that connect with the art world and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts for reels, posts, campaigns, and special features
- Stay updated with pop culture, art news, and digital trends
- Work closely with designers, writers, and editors to bring ideas to life
- Pitch series, formats, and collab ideas that are relevant, fun, and thought-provoking
- Brainstorm with the team for both AF’s own platforms and client pages
Requirements:
- Strong ideation skills and a sharp understanding of internet culture
- Familiarity with contemporary art, design, and cultural movements
- Collaborative spirit and great communication skills
- Previous experience in content creation, media, or storytelling is a plus
- An eye for detail, originality, and audience relevance
Copywriter
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time / Part-time
About the Role:
Art Fervour is seeking a sharp, imaginative, and detail oriented Copywriter to craft compelling content that speaks to our art-forward audience. From writing for campaigns and social media to web, email, and editorial content, you’ll play a key role in shaping the voice of a brand that thrives at the intersection of contemporary art and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging, and original copy for social media, newsletters, website, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with design, social media, and editorial teams to develop campaign concepts and narratives
- Translate complex art concepts into accessible, relatable storytelling
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging
- Edit and proofread content across platforms
- Stay up-to-date with trends in art, culture, and digital media
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in art, culture, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong understanding of tone, voice, and storytelling
- Ability to write for different platforms and audiences
- A deep interest in contemporary art and culture
- Excellent grammar, editing, and communication skills
- Experience writing scripts for reels or videos
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
