1. Content Writer (Full-Time, Remote)
We’re seeking a full-time content writer to work on social media, blogs, newsletters, and website
content for art and culture-related projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, websites, blogs,
newsletters, and campaigns - Collaborate with writers, editors, producers, designers, and researchers
- Conduct in-depth research and cite sources accurately
- Contribute to content calendars and develop ideas based on current events and trends
- Optimise written content using SEO techniques (meta tags, headlines, keywords)
- Update existing content to meet new standards
- Track performance data and recommend improvements
- Stay current with art, design, culture, and news
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Art History, or related fields 2–3 years of writing experience, ideally within the art or culture sector
- Strong research, editing, and SEO writing skills
- Understanding of tone, voice, and brand alignment
- Comfortable with deadlines and remote work (Monday to Saturday, alternate Saturdays off)
Applicants must have a fully functional remote setup, including a personal laptop, stable
Wi-Fi connection, and availability to join internal or client meetings at short notice.
2. Digital Marketing Executive (Full-Time, Remote)
Looking for someone with hands-on experience in ad platforms and data analytics to lead
performance-driven campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow reach through Mailchimp, SEO, website updates, and Meta ads
Track performance using analytics tools - Collaborate with content and design teams to launch digital campaigns
- Improve online visibility and audience engagement
- Bring a clear understanding of how to drive traffic and visibility for an art practice
- Experience with Mailchimp campaign creation and newsletter planning
- Solid grasp of SEO, website management (preferably on WordPress or similar CMS)
- Experience running Meta ads (FB/IG) with performance metrics
- Google Analytics and SEO tools knowledge
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects with clear timelines

3. Social Media Intern (Full-Time, Remote)
We are looking for a full-time intern who wants to learn social media management in the art and
culture space.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting, planning and uploading content on Instagram and other platforms
- Track engagement, trends and artist updates
- Help manage and execute all social media platforms
- Crafting Instagram reels, stories, captions and maintaining community interactions
- Coordinate across WhatsApp, email and Drive for asset collection
- Maintain posting schedules and track basic analytics
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Strong grasp of Instagram and current social trends
- Good writing and communication skills
- Willing to commit to a full-time, 6-day week (alternate Saturdays off)
- Reliable internet and comfortable working remotely
- Interest in art, culture, or content is a plus
4. Studio Coordinator – Rathin Burman
Role Type: Full-time position
Salary: Commensurate with previous experience
We’re looking for someone based in Kolkata to work closely with artist Rathin Barman (@rathinbarmanstudio) in managing his studio, coordinating with teams and fabricators, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of production and logistics.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and documentation of ongoing artworks and installations
- Liaise with galleries, shippers, printers, and other production vendors
- Maintain the studio archive, including updating artwork records and digital folders
- Assist with budgets, quotations, inventory and supply management
- Oversee schedules for studio assistants, carpenters, and other teams
- Work closely with Rathin on timelines, technical drawings, and project execution
- Occasionally assist during installations, art fair prep, or gallery shipments
- Content writing and basic research skills
Requirements
- Based in Kolkata, with a willingness to commute to the studio daily
- Location: 25, Nabin Chandra Das Rd, Palpara, Baranagar, West Bengal 700090
- Strong organisational skills and a good sense of time management
- Previous experience in art handling, fabrication, or artist studios is preferred
- Basic knowledge of design tools like SketchUp, Illustrator, or AutoCAD is a bonus
- Comfortable with Artlogic, Excel, Google Drive, email, and digital file management
