Weavers Studio Resource Centre is looking to hire the services of a Research Associate to help with an upcoming project on Bengal Textiles. The ideal candidate will be qualified, with an advanced degree and independent capability to conduct research. The RA will assist with creating exhibition checklists, writing labels and graphics, organize symposia, and work closely with authors and the editor on a publication. The RA will also be expected to liaise with documentary filmmakers on research and be responsible for all aspects of the publication and brochure.

Essentials:

• A graduate with a BA degree, in a relevant field. Masters degree is preferrable.
• Fluency in english
• Capability to work with different computer programs, including MS Excel is a necessity
• Experience of minimum 3 years
