1) PROGRAM MANAGER

Job Type: Full-time, only Mumbai-based candidates are eligible.
Salary: Depending on experience

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aspects of research of the Fundraiser exhibition
  • Managing the day-to-day requirements of the Fundraiser, coordinating with the artists, clients and all sales-related activities.
  • Cataloguing and documentation of Space118, Space118 Fundraiser and Saloni Doshi collection and related shows on Art Logic software.
  • Handling daily email correspondence with various parties
  • Social media creation, sending mailers and updation of the website.
  • Organising events – Fundraiser: coordination with carpenters, painters and other production people
  • Liaising with staff, artists and clients and getting the office administrative work done

 
Key Skills

  • Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office, Excel and PPT
  • Functional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is essential for the role

 

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent grasp of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organisational skills and sharp memory

2) OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS MANAGER

Role Overview

Space118 Art Foundation is looking for an energetic, highly organised and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing events, operations, logistics, and administrative workflows in the creative and visual arts sector. If you’re looking to grow within a fast-paced art organisation and be involved in the planning and execution of major exhibitions and events, this is your opportunity.

 
Role Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics:

  • Coordinate with artists and clients for the delivery, pickup, and installation of artworks.
  • Liaise with transporters and logistics vendors; source and negotiate the best quotes.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, including carpenters, framers, caterers, decorators, and painters.
  • Work with courier companies and customs officials for import/export of artworks.
  • Prepare packing lists, away bills, invoices, and all transport-related documentation.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and proactively troubleshoot logistical issues.
  • Maintain daily communications with staff, artists, clients, and vendors.
  • Catalogue and document artworks using Excel and ArtLogic software.

 
Digital & Communications

  • Manage email correspondence and internal communication across departments.
  • Support digital outreach: create mailers, update website, and handle social media content.
  • Work closely with the creative team to promote events and maintain online presence.

 
Role Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, event management, or gallery administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; functional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is essential.
  • Familiarity with data organisation and art documentation software (e.g., ArtLogic) is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and take initiative.
  • Flexibility in work hours based on exhibition schedules and deadlines.
