The work on display at Shadow Lands feature coal miners. Singh uses photography and painting as interconnected mediums with equal intensity, providing an empathetic view of human suffering that is raw and universal. His work serves as mnemonic devices that document his experiences in the mines.
APRE Art House was founded in 2016 by Prerna Jain. It came about as the fruition of her long-term vision to contribute to the diverse and multi-layered space of modern and contemporary art, and to create an innovative platform for its understanding and outreach, both nationally and globally.
