After a stellar run in Delhi, the show is now installed in Mumbai, presenting a rare opportunity for audiences to deep dive into a seminal chapter in Indian art history. The exhibition features works by pioneers such as G.R. Santosh, Biren De, Prabhakar Barwe and S.H.Raza among other leading modernists, all of whom upheld their independent identities while rewriting an indigenous visual lexicon.
