Grosvenor Gallery presents the fourth solo exhibition, Together, by contemporary artist Angeli Sowani. For this solo, Sowani brings to life the portraits of near-forgotten women and men from the Commonwealth countries who had served in various roles during the First and Second World Wars. Together continues to tell the story that Sowani had begun to tell with her solo show in 2019 Medals & Bullets which told the stories of Indian soldiers who fought for and died in foreign lands, far from their homelands.
