Located in Dubai’s cultural district in Alserkal Avenue, 1X1 Art Gallery focusses on South Asian contemporary artists, whilst also nurturing local talent and artists based in the Middle East. The gallery is known for organising large scale projects, experiments and exhibitions in its space, and also runs a bookstore dedicated to South Asian art, culture and literature.
