Established in 2012, Gallery Veda was founded with a vision to foster a greater understanding of the arts, through its exhibitions and artist roster. Beginning with their first exhibition, an all-women show titled Firm Ground Beneath Her, the gallery has further evolved into a space for several shows of well known artists including Chandra Bhattacharjee, Seema Kohli, Arpana Caur and Jogen Choudhury. Spread across three venues located within Chennai, Gallery Veda has become a robust addition to the arts scene in the city.
