Ojas Art and Yuva Ekta Foundation present a group exhibition, The Conference of the Birds. Based on an ancient epic poem by Sufi poet Farid-ud-Din Attar, the show tells the story of an assembly of birds which in a time of existential crisis embark on a journey in search of a mythical majestic bird, the Simorgh. Each valley on their way has a challenge and an opportunity to explore who we are and what we can become. The exhibition, inspired by these themes of crisis, quest and discovery, presents artworks by 16 artists namely: Abhishek Singh, Bhajju Shyam, GR Iranna, Jagannath Panda, Madhvi Parekh, Lado Bai, Manjunath Kamath, Mayank Shyam, Mayur & Tushar Vayeda, Pravathy Baul, Rameshwar Broota, Ranbir Kaleka, Santosh Kumar Das, Sudipta Das, Venkat Shyam and Waswo X Waswo & R Vijay.
