Galerie Mirchandani + Steinruecke was started by a mother-daughter duo in Mumbai in 2006. Alongside foremost artists such as C.K. Rajan, Gauri Gill and Benitha Perciyal, the gallery represents some of the most powerful painterly positions to have emerged in India over the past decade, through the works of Sosa Joseph, Ratheesh T., Abir Karmakar and Aji V.N. The gallery was active in Berlin between the years 1997 and 2003, and continues to engage with audiences globally through their impeccable exhibitions and artist presentations.
