FICArt invites applications for the Emerging Artists Award (EAA+) 2026, a cohort-based support platform that combines financial grant, mentorship, peer exchange, and an exhibition component. The award is designed to nurture a group of early-career Indian artists working across contemporary visual art practices, encouraging collective thinking, collaboration, and long-term creative development.

Eligibility:
• Applicant must be under 35 years of age
• Indian citizens only (Overseas Citizens of India and non-Indian residents are not eligible)
• Completed formal education (self-taught within age limit with a minimum of two years of sustained artistic practice are eligible)

What’s Offered:
• Rs 100,000 grant for each selected artist
• Inclusion in a mentorship programme and peer cohort
• Support towards an exhibitory component at the end of the award period
