1. MERCHANDISE MANAGER
Gallery XXL looking for a Merchandise Manager / Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for shaping our product line, developing merchandise strategies, and driving sales growth across both online and offline platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and product lifecycle management, alongside the ability to collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver impactful and innovative product offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement merchandise strategies to meet sales and revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Source and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to secure high-quality products
- Manage inventory levels while minimizing excess stock
- Collaborate with design teams to create new products and ensure quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for both online and offline channels
- Track and analyze merchandise performance, providing actionable insights
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in merchandise management, retail, or e-commerce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, e-commerce platforms, or PLM software is a plus

2. ART ADVISOR
Gallery XXL is looking for an Art Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for curating private and corporate collections for clients based across the globe, working with both emerging and established artists. The role calls for bringing market insight, client relationship management, and sales expertise — helping clients engage with meaningful works of art and building lasting relationships around them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with collectors, corporate clients, and art enthusiasts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the gallery’s visibility
- Organize and manage art exhibitions and events to attract potential buyers
- Support and oversee exhibitions and events that foster deeper engagement with artists and audiences
- Provide tailored art advisory and exceptional client service
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Fine Arts, Art History, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-end sales, preferably within the art or luxury goods sectors
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for art and knowledge of the Indian art market
