The festival invites artists, creators, performers, musicians, poets, writers, culinary experimenters, creative adventurers and thinkers to participate in the upcoming 2024 edition – a celebration of the spirit of artistic freedom and experimentation. Located in the heart of Panjim, the festival promises to be a vibrant show of diverse artistic expression, attracting thousands of visitors everyday. This a unique opportunity for Goa based practitioners to showcase their art to a large and varied audience, to share a platform with established as well as new talent and engage with Goa’s creative community. 

Artists working in any medium or format are invited to submit proposals to display completed works as part of the Goa Open Arts 2024. Projects could include paintings, photography, interactive installations, poetry, craft based creations, digital art, video, film, story-telling, music, dance, performance, and anything we may not have imagined.
