Serendipity Arts announces an Open Call for artists based in Goa to create interventions in the city of Panjim. Continuing this platform that started in 2022, the grant allows for embedded and site-specific artistic projects to unfold. The foundation invites proposals that create nodes of pause, reflection, conversation and pollination of ideas between the artist and the city of Panjim, that shift our perception of urban spaces as we know and inhabit them, or create a ripple in time within the architecture of the city.
The grant will be awarded to four artists based out of Goa, with the amount of up to INR 3 lakhs each.
