Space Studio is pleased to invite applications for the 2026 Summer Residency.
Space Studio offers both indoor and outdoor working areas, allowing the artists to choose their creative space as per their preference for the duration of the residency.

Residency Dates: 3 February – 3 May, 2026

About the Residency:

– Applications are open to artists working across all mediums and disciplines of visual arts.
– Shortlisted artists will be contacted to check on their availability.
– Artists should have completed their graduation and should NOT be studying or be part of any other similar program at the time of the Space Studio residency.
– Artists will receive studio spaces to work in for the duration of the residency.
– Artists are responsible for their own travel to and from Baroda.
– Participation in workshops, mentor sessions and any other Space Studio curriculum is mandatory.

Important Details to Note:

– Catered accommodation is offered for artists who are not from Baroda. The accommodation is on-site and within walking distance to the studios.
– Afternoon and evening meals are provided to all artists.
– Studios include basic facilities such as desks, chairs, easels and storage racks.
– All materials must be brought by the artist to support their practice.
