St+art India Foundation is a non-profit organisation that works at the intersection of art, public space, and community. Since its inception, St+art has curated large-scale public art festivals and interventions across India, transforming urban landscapes through murals, installations, and site-specific artworks while fostering dialogue between artists and the public.
Role: Creative Film Producer
Role & Responsibilities

Role: Programming Manager
Role & Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and identify events and performances in line with the larger curatorial framework and themes
- Research, plan, and create the festival calendar and overall programme
- Prepare event-wise budgets and manage the overall programming budget
- Work closely with the projects and curation teams to propose programming deliverables for partners
- Identify and liaise with potential programming partners for walks, workshops, talks, and events
- Organise suppliers, volunteers, sound, and technical equipment as required for events
- Coordinate all logistical elements including set-up, tear-down, and clean-up
- Anticipate attendee needs and prepare for potential risks
- Manage collaborations, schedules, and timelines across programmes
- Lead and maintain a clear communication plan for all programmes
- Keep communications POCs updated on developments
- Liaise with partner POCs to lead execution and ensure expectations are met
- Coordinate with the finance team to clear payments for artists, performers, and vendors

Role: Community Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to actively engage and involve local communities in events and projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute programming that resonates with the local community
- Create opportunities for interaction between artists and local communities
- Proactively collect feedback and insights from community members
- Analyse feedback to identify gaps and opportunities to improve participation and ownership
- Use insights to inform decision-making and improve project effectiveness
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the local community, addressing queries and concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organisations, and key stakeholders
- Advocate for community perspectives within the organisation
- Identify partnerships to broaden community reach and impact
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement strategies
- Represent St+art India Foundation in external forums and events

Role: Artist Assistant
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist the artist in on-site execution of murals, including preparation and painting
- Support daily production activities such as surface preparation, colour mixing, and clean-up
- Help manage materials and tools to ensure a smooth on-site workflow
- Coordinate with the festival production team and follow timelines and safety guidelines

Role: Social Media Intern
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Ground Support
• Document ongoing projects through photos, short videos, and process captures.
• Assist during installs, walk-throughs, workshops, and artist interactions.
• Coordinate with the communications and curatorial teams to understand what needs to be covered each day.
2. Content Preparation
• Sort, label, and organise daily footage and images.
• Prepare basic edits, cutdowns, and selects for the core communications team.
• Maintain weekly asset folders and ensure files are archived systematically.
3. Research & Reference Building
• Track visual trends, formats, and reference material relevant to public art and culture.
4. Logistics & Coordination
• Support the team with schedules, location updates, and on-ground requirements.
• Liaise with photographers, videographers, and production teams when needed.
What They’re Looking For
• An eye for visual storytelling and comfort working on-ground.
• Ability to shoot on phone or basic camera gear.
• Basic familiarity with editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong organisational habits and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and the ability to work across teams.
• A portfolio or sample of work.
