OVERVIEW

• Name: Reviving Nature 2025-2026
• Location: Doi Saket (≈25 km from Chiang Mai), Thailand
• Duration: 3–8 weeks, between 4 January 2026 – 28 February 2026 (also option of starting 14 December 2025)
• Focus: Artists, writers, performers and creative practitioners invited to work around themes of nature, environment, well-being, sustainability, local botanical knowledge and ecological research.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Open to practitioners working in visual arts (painting, installation, photography, sculpture, mixed media), performing arts (theatre, dance, performance, multimedia), literary arts (poetry, prose, storytelling), film & video (documentary, experimental, animation), sound & music (composition, soundscape, audiovisual projects).
• No requirement for prior environmental science experience — the key is interest in research, community exchange and site-responsive practice.
