Platform Dalí invites artists of any nationality and from all artistic disciplines to apply for its inaugural 2027 Research and Creation Residency Programme. The international open call explores the theme “What is real?” and invites artists to develop a research and creation project through close engagement with leading scientific research institutions in Barcelona.

The residency is structured in two stages: an initial phase of research and enquiry, followed by a phase dedicated to the development and production of a new artwork. The programme aims to create meaningful exchanges between artists, scientists, researchers and research communities while encouraging new forms of knowledge, experimentation and artistic creation.
