The Biennale, titled Connecting People, Connecting Cultures and Interrogating Museums, is curated by Dr Alka Pande in line with Museum Director General Anjani Kumar Singh’s vision of “rethinking museum space.”
The theme of the biennale is “laboratory of ideas that generates knowledge systems”.
The museum will simultaneously be marking their Foundation Day with a contemporary visual arts exhibition titled “Together We Art.” This has been conceptualized by the G20 Culture Working Group (CWG) along with the Ministry of Culture.
