Delhi Contemporary Art Week 2025

August 31-September 4, 2025

Bikaner House, between Pandara Rd & Shahjahan Rd, India Gate, New Delhi, India

Delhi Contemporary Art Week (DCAW) is back for its 8th edition, showcasing South Asian art and contemporary voices at Bikaner House. A creative alliance forged by six galleries – Blueprint 12, Exhibit 320, Gallery Expace, Latitude 28, Shrine Empire, Vadehra Art Gallery – DCAW is anchored in the foundation of amplifying the voices of creative artists and celebrating their works that are a reflection of contemporary times, with a multitude of themes and techniques. These Delhi-based art galleries are showcasing a compelling selection of works by established and emerging artists from India and the broader subcontinent. Each gallery brings its unique curatorial vision and artistic strengths to DCAW, celebrating the diversity and richness of contemporary artistic practices through a variety of media.

This year, the show will be accompanied by two thematic exhibitions – the Sculpture Show at the Main Building, designed by Amrita Guha and Joya Nandurdikar of Untitled Design, showcasing sculptures by 15 artists from the participating galleries of DCAW; and Taqiya Kalam, a curated, design-forward exhibition that reimagines the white cube through the lens of domesticity, curated by Priyanshi S. Taqiya Kalam brings together a compelling selection of conceptual artworks that reflect on the influence of language in shaping ideologies and realities.
