Kamalnayan Bajaj Gallery and Sunaina Kejriwal present I Want Tomorrow: Investigating Mental Health through Art, curated by Arshiya Lokhandwla.

The exhibition features works by Mithu Sen, Al-Qawi Nanavati, Meghna Singh Patpatia, Meera George, Poonam Jain, Purvi Sharma, Saviya Lopes and Starlyn D’souza, and brings to the fore issues concerning mental health through a discussion with art, so that individuals don’t have to struggle in silence anymore. Speaking up about these issues is the first step towards healing and wellbeing. In this exhibition, the artists unpack various trajectories, some personal and others institutional to highlight the significance of nurture and support so that the concerned person can get the help needed. The show advocates it’s okay not to be okay and having special needs as the new normal.
