The India Art Fair Facade is created by artist Anshuka Mahapatra and celebrates the ideas of hope, love, life and togetherness. Using poetic phrases in seven regional Indian languages, including Odia, Assamese, Kannada, Hindi, Gujarati, Malayalam and English, the artist brings to mind fleeting and evocative moments of beauty from everyday life. The artist, whose practice is rooted in printmaking, was selected to design the fair facade through an open call led in collaboration with the Gujral Foundation and Artdemic.
