Threshold Art Gallery presents Intimate Terrains, a two-person exhibition tracing the resonant relationship between artists whose practices diverge in form yet converge in ethos. Shanthi Swaroopini (India) and Michal Glikson (Australia) share formative training at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara – an environment that fostered their commitment to material experimentation, embodied making, and art as a response to lived experience. Their practices unfold as evolving archives of gesture and memory, revealing affinities between Swaroopini’s introspective figuration and Glikson’s nomadic, scroll-based mapping.
