From the serene expanse of Dal Lake in Srinagar and the luminous ghats of Varanasi along the Ganga, to the deserts of Rajasthan, the rugged terrain of Madhya Pradesh, the Venetian lagoons, and the French Riviera, the exhibition unfolds as a visual diary shaped by decades of travel and reflection. Nature, for Maity, is both muse and spiritual anchor, its shifting light and atmosphere are rendered through a language that is instinctive, immersive, and unmistakably his own.
