MAG Contemporary presents One Home, Many Nests, bringing together the work of seven artists who are also mothers, exploring how motherhood has shaped their creative practices and artistic journeys. Featuring Aninda Varma, Debasree Das, Ruchika Wason Singh, Prerna Sharma, Mahima Kapoor, Shyamali Haldar and Sonal Varshneya, the exhibition looks at care, identity, time, family and the experience of making art alongside motherhood. Through painting, ceramics, etchings and sculpture, the artists reflect on moments of change, pause, persistence and discovery. The exhibition also considers how experiences of motherhood can create new ways of thinking, making and continuing an artistic practice.
