The State Hermitage Museum with Threshold Art Gallery presents Sediments of Becoming: Fossilised Present, Summoned Pasts, a group show featuring artists Anindita Bhattacharya, Afrah Shafiq, Debashish Mukherjee, Gargi Raina, G Ravinder Reddy, Manjunath Kamat, Lakshmi Madhavan, N. Pushpmala, Sumakshi, V.Ramesh, Maya Krishna Rao. The show pairs artworks with objects from the Hermitage’s own collection, positioning time and India’s complex cultural landscape alongside and in conversation with the cultural traditions from around the world.
