Aicon Contemporary presents Skies Beneath the Feet, a solo exhibition by Dhara Mehrotra.Mehrotra presents Resonance, a series of works on archival paper made with jute fibre, ink, and gold leaf. Using fibre as both material and metaphor, the works trace delicate networks of connection. Gold becomes a quiet trace of encounters, moments when invisible relationships surface and become briefly perceptible. Across the exhibition, Mehrotra expands the idea of landscape beyond the visible, turning our attention towards the hidden systems that sustain ecological life. Through abstraction and close observation, Skies Beneath the Feet reveals the ground as a living cosmos—layered with memory, resilience, and countless acts of connection.
