Curated by LAND (Learning through Arts, Narrative and Discourse), a pedagogical research lab, and supported by KNMA (Kiran Nadar Museum of Art), these sessions are open to all and designed for one-on-one engagement. The sessions will be led by artists, including our Artists-in-Residence, and educators.
This workshop invites participants into a gentle somatic drawing practice that explores how the body holds emotion. Through guided breathwork, sensory mapping and inner dialogue, participants translate sensations into colour and form and create a counterform of containment, offering a contemplative pathway to understanding memory through the body’s quiet intelligence.
