Gallery Espace presents Unmapped Pauses, a group exhibition exploring the fluid relationship between image, meaning, and perception. Bringing together diverse immediate art practices, the exhibition reflects on transnational identities, labour, gender, caste, and the shifting dynamics of visibility and sound.
The works invite viewers to inhabit moments of pause—between seeing and understanding, presence and absence—while engaging with layered histories, everyday experiences, and evolving forms of expression. Rather than fixed representation, the exhibition proposes new ways of sensing and constructing meaning.
