Archer Art Gallery

ARCHER began its journey in 1978 as a small atelier in Ahmedabad. The studio was founded by Anil Relia, a Fine Arts major from M.S. University, Baroda, whose profound passion for art cultivated close, enduring relationships with renowned artists, including M. F. Husain, Jogen Chowdhury and Bhupen Khakhar.

Over the decades, Archer has established itself by producing some of the finest limited-edition graphics for Indian masters, such as M. F. Husain, S. H. Raza, Jyoti Bhatt and many more.

All limited-edition graphics executed by Archer are meticulously examined and hand-signed by the artists, and are accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity. Our dedication to superior standards has earned us numerous accolades, including the prestigious 25th National Award from the Government of India for excellence in printing and designing.

Archer has recently undergone a significant expansion, adding a new 5000 sq ft exhibition space. Today, Archer spans more than 25,000 sq ft across three floors, featuring two floors dedicated to the permanent gallery collection and one floor reserved for rotating exhibitions. This makes Archer one of India’s largest art galleries, continuing to host a diverse range of significant shows.
