The Guild presents ‘I Will Become a River’ (‘Main Nadi Banungi’), a solo exhibition by Durgabai Vyam, curated by Nancy Adajania. The exhibition brings together works that revisit the many tales of the Narmada rooted in the inherited Pardhan Gond oral tradition. Spanning painting, miniature sculpture, video, and song, the exhibition traces Vyam’s decades-long engagement with the stories she grew up with, reimagining them through her distinctive visual language.
