Vida Heydari Contemporary presents Body, the final chapter of Where the Body Begins, a three-part group exhibition bringing together 45 Pune-born or Pune-based artists. Exploring the body as a space shaped by memory, sensation, desire, labour and lived experience, the exhibition examines how we are continually transformed by our surroundings, personal histories and social structures. Through diverse materials, gestures and forms, the participating artists reflect on the body as something fluid, vulnerable and deeply connected to the world around us.
