Arun B. Supported by IAF Artist-in-Residence Programme and SoulTree

Arun B. presents a monumental sculptural installation that navigates questions of space, balance, and human vulnerability. Rising fifteen-feet tall, the suspended human figure is positioned three-feet above the ground, its arms raised to hold a rod overhead, recalling the poised tension of an acrobat mid-act and emulating the body’s relationship with time. Constructed around a metal armature wrapped in chicken mesh and layered with wax, the sculpture foregrounds material fragility and processes of making.
