Anupa Mehta Contemporary Art in association with the Mexican Consulate presents Amores, a solo exhibition by Mexican artist José Zendejas Foyo. As part of the gallery’s Emerging Artists programme, the exhibition brings together abstract paintings inspired by different forms of love, including self-love, obsession, loss and idealisation. Using vivid colours, gesture and texture, Zendejas Foyo translates emotional experiences into visual forms, inviting viewers to connect the works with their own experiences of love and emotion.
